1. Services
Christian Concrete Repair Charlotte ("we," "us," "our") provides concrete repair, leveling, resurfacing, and related services throughout the Charlotte, NC metro area. All services are subject to these Terms of Service and any written agreements or estimates provided.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- Free estimates are provided based on site inspection and customer description
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from date of issue
- Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial inspection
- Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions or scope changes
- Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
Our Policy:
- We will make reasonable efforts to complete work on scheduled dates
- Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling
- We will provide advance notice if rescheduling is necessary
Customer Cancellation:
- Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of scheduled work
- Material costs may be charged for last-minute cancellations if materials were already purchased
4. Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and offer the following warranties:
- Workmanship warranty varies by service type (specified in written estimate)
- Warranties are void if property owners make modifications to repaired areas
- Acts of nature, improper maintenance, or foundation issues are not covered
- Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about property conditions
- Ensure access to work areas on scheduled dates
- Remove vehicles, furniture, or obstacles from work areas
- Keep pets secured during service visits
- Notify us of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure
- Make payment according to agreed terms
6. Liability Limitations
We carry appropriate insurance and are licensed professionals. However:
- We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities
- Pre-existing structural or foundation issues may affect repair outcomes
- Natural settling or soil movement is beyond our control
- Decorative or stamped concrete repairs may not match original appearance exactly
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered
7. Payment Terms
- Deposit may be required for larger projects (typically 30-50%)
- Final payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed in writing
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Bank Transfer
- Late payment may result in interest charges (1.5% per month or maximum allowed by law)
- Unpaid invoices may be sent to collections
8. Permits and Regulations
Most concrete repair work does not require permits in Charlotte, NC. If permits are required, responsibility for obtaining permits will be specified in the estimate. Customer is responsible for HOA approvals and compliance.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, in accordance with North Carolina law.
